Refund policy

At Craigdon Mountain Sports Perth we offer a 30 day returns policy should you wish to return your items. You can either return the item in person to our store at 32 Scott Street Perth PH1 5EH or by post to the same address. We would advise that you protect and track your parcel as regrettably we cannot be responsible for any undelivered items. All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.

Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or personalised on behalf of the customer. 

If you wish to exchange an item please follow the below process or contact us at info@cms-perth.com 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

All returned items must be new, unused with original packaging and labels attached. Receipts must also be provided. 

If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the return and issue a replacement. Once an item has been used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault owing to defective workmanship or materials.
