Engineered for two adventurers seeking a tent that is both ultralight and robust. Weighing just 1.67kg (max) and 1.46kg (min), it is one of the lightest options in the range while still offering a spacious and comfortable interior. With a proven single-pole structure, it provides excellent stability in varying conditions, ensuring reliable shelter wherever your journey takes you.

The tent features an integrated awning utilised with the use of trekking poles. An additional guyline and peg are supplied, enabling the doors to be fixed in a wide range of positions. This policy reflects Wild Country’s commitment to offering dependable, high‑value outdoor equipment across its range. No‑Quibble Alloy Pole Guarantee

Every alloy pole supplied with Terra Nova and Wild Country tents or bivis is covered by our No‑Quibble Pole Guarantee. For two years from the date of purchase, we will replace any damaged pole - regardless of the cause, including unforeseen mishaps or accidental damage. This straightforward, hassle‑free policy ensures you can rely on your equipment with confidence, knowing that any tent or bivi pole issue will be resolved quickly so your adventures can continue uninterrupted.

PFC-Free Treatments

Safe Performance. Sustainable Protection.

PFCs are man-made chemicals traditionally used for water-repellent finishes. Because they are slow to break down in the environment, we use advanced PFC-free alternatives to provide the same reliable weather resistance with a much cleaner footprint.

Responsibility Without Compromise:

  • Eco-Safe Finish - Eliminates harmful chemicals that persist in nature.
  • Reliable Repellency - Keeps water beading off your gear in heavy rain.
  • Tested Tough - Matches the durability and performance of traditional tech.

Safeguard your adventures and the environment simultaneously with high-performance gear that leaves no trace behind.

PoleLock

Add more stability in high wind environments

Products with this icon can be used with our PoleLock accessory, designed to add structural support to flysheet‑first pitching tunnels and non‑freestanding tents. Suitable for poles up to 9mm in diameter.

Recycled Materials

Technical performance with a second life.

We transform post-consumer waste, such as plastic bottles, into high-quality polyester fibres. These are spun into the durable, lightweight fabrics used in our gloves, hats, and tents, matching the warmth and weather resistance of virgin materials.

Circular Performance:

  • Diverts Waste - Repurposes plastic bottles to keep waste out of landfills and our oceans.
  • Reduced Emissions - Cuts carbon production by up to 30% compared to using virgin polyester.
  • Proven Durability - Delivers the same high tear strength and protection demanded by serious adventurers.

High-performance gear built from recycled sources, reducing environmental impact without ever sacrificing technical integrity.

Solution Dyed Fabrics

Vibrant color. Vanishing footprint.

Solution dyeing locks pigment directly into the fibre's core before it’s even spun into yarn. This replaces traditional dye baths, creating tougher, more fade-resistant gear with a fraction of the environmental impact

Advanced Fibre Technology:

  • Drastic Resource Savings - Uses up to 90% less water and significantly less energy than traditional dyeing.
  • Maximum Fade Resistance - Colour is embedded in the fibre level, so it won’t wash out or bleach in the sun.
  • Zero Toxic Runoff -Eliminates chemical waste and dye-bath effluents for a cleaner manufacturing process.

Durable, deep-seated colour that protects the outdoors by drastically reducing the water and energy used to create it.

Trekking Pole Compatible

Versatility for minimalist, fast-and-light adventures.

Some of our shelters are designed to be pitched using standard trekking poles, removing the need for dedicated tent poles and reducing pack weight.

Streamline Your Setup

  • Simplified packing - Fewer components to carry or lose
  • Lighter overall load - Ideal for thru-hikers, fastpackers, and ultralight travellers
  • Dual-use gear - Trekking poles double as structural support

Look for this feature on select tarp tents, bivvies, and minimalist shelters across our range.

Waterproof Guarantee

Stay dry. Stay protected. Guaranteed.

We rigorously test our products for waterproof performance, whether it’s a tent, jacket, or pair of gloves.

When a product features our Waterproof Guarantee, it means it has passed:

  • Hydrostatic Head Testing - to industry or expedition-level standards
  • Real-World Field Testing - in heavy rain and wet conditions
  • Seal Integrity Validation - at key stress points and seams

Many of our waterproof tents and Extremities accessories are also treated with PFC-free DWR finishes for environmental peace of mind.
